Scope and approval
Website descriptions are an overview of available services. A written proposal confirms the specific deliverables, timetable, price, payment schedule, revisions and responsibilities for each engagement.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, advertising budgets, premium software and platform subscriptions are separate unless your proposal states otherwise. Third-party services have their own terms.
Content and ownership
You must have permission to use materials you provide. Final ownership, source-file handover and any third-party licensing restrictions are defined in the project agreement.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Additional scope may change the fee and delivery date. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms must be confirmed in writing before payment; do not assume a project or admission is refundable without checking those terms.
Courses and results
Confirm tuition, prerequisites, availability, schedule and the detailed syllabus before admission. Training and marketing services do not guarantee employment, income, platform monetisation, search rankings or follower growth.
